If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Subscriptions, Billing & 14-Day Refund Guarantee

Wivon Tools offers free tier tools and an upgraded Wivon Tools Pro subscription with unlimited downloads, priority processing, and API access:

• Merchant of Record: All orders and payments are conducted by our online reseller & Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who also handles order-related inquiries, currency conversions, and statutory sales taxes.
• Billing Cycles: Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle until canceled by the user.
• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with your Pro subscription, you can contact our support team within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your user menu or customer portal. Your Pro benefits will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.

3File Ownership & Intellectual Property

You retain 100% intellectual property and copyright ownership over all files, images, PDFs, videos, and documents you process through Wivon Tools. Wivon Tools claims zero ownership, license, or right to use your files. Free tools execute strictly inside your local browser memory.

4Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse the service. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our proprietary platform APIs or rate-limiting systems.
• Distribute malware, trojans, ransomware, or illegal content through our platform.
• Launch Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks against our infrastructure.

5Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Wivon Tools is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Wivon Tools or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the service.
