1Information We Collect

When you use Wivon Tools, we only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide authentication and manage paid subscriptions:

• Account Credentials: If you sign up or log in via Google OAuth or email, we securely store your name, email address, and authentication tokens via Better Auth.
• Billing Information: When upgrading to Wivon Tools Pro, payments and invoices are securely processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We only receive transaction confirmations, subscription IDs, and customer identifiers. We never store credit card numbers.
• Technical Telemetry: Anonymized usage logs (e.g. browser type, country code, error logs) to monitor service uptime and reliability.

We work with trusted industry leaders to operate our cloud infrastructure:

• Paddle: Acts as our Merchant of Record to handle global tax compliance, VAT, invoicing, and subscription renewals.
• Neon Serverless PostgreSQL: Encrypted cloud database for storing user accounts, subscriptions, and API keys.
• Google Cloud OAuth: For secure 1-click single sign-on authentication.

4Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have statutory rights regarding your data:

• Right of Access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about your account.
• Right to Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account, history, and associated API keys anytime.
• Right to Portability: Export your account metadata and conversion history.
